Dr Lana Delerue

Programme Manager

Dr Lana Delerue is the Programme Manager at Oxford Prospects Programmes. In this role, she oversees the Operations and Academic Teams ensuring the smooth execution of all programmes and initiatives. Dr Delerue’s professional background includes extensive experience in academic administration and programme management. She has been instrumental in coordinating various international programs, facilitating cross-cultural collaborations, and supporting the mission to promote sustainable development. Her work at OPP involves close collaboration with faculty, students, and external partners to design and implement programmes that address pressing global challenges.

Ms Evie Brown

Academic Outreach Lead

Evie is an experienced administrator with an interest in education. She graduated from Sheffield University with an MA in Information Management. Outside of work, Evie can usually be found enjoying coffee and a good book.

Dr Miri Baum

Academic Lead

Miriam is Academic Lead at Oxford Prospects Programmes, responsible for academic quality, programme design, and partnerships with Oxford faculty and guest speakers. She is a former fellow of English Literature at New College, University of Oxford.

She brings extensive leadership experience from managing higher education departments and leading academic delivery in international summer programmes, alongside expertise in English language teaching and applied linguistics. Her academic interests include foreign language identity, teacher education, and innovative pedagogy. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and sailing and holds a skipper’s licence.

Ms Isabelle Goodall-Summers

Assistant Academic Lead

As Assistant Academic Lead, she helps design and deliver engaging academic programmes, with a focus on Medical and STEM modules. Holding a Neuroscience degree from Oxford, she brings academic insight to course planning. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, running, and discovering new cafés.

Ms Hazel Lockey

Academic Co-Ordinator

Hazel is a versatile administrator with an interest in education and materials development. As part of the OPP team, Hazel is responsible for the design and delivery of academic programmes. She holds a BA in English and French from the University of Oxford. Outside of work, she enjoys tackling needlessly complex board games.

Mr Louis Paige

Academic Assistant

Louis supports the planning and organisation of the academic content for our in-person student programmes, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. He first joined the company as a seasonal activity leader, working directly with student groups, and transitioned into his current role a year ago. With over four years of experience learning Mandarin, Louis is passionate about language learning and enjoys the opportunity to connect more closely with our Chinese students through their language and culture.

Operations

Mr Adam Harris

Operations Manager

Adam collaborates with suppliers, clients and staff to create the best experience possible for students. He has developed a team of committed Activity Leaders, who guide students to make the most of their time in Oxford. He works to improve efficiency across the programme. Outside of work, he can be found treading the boards as part of local amateur dramatics groups.

Mr Russell White

Deputy Operations Manager

With 16 years of experience delivering and managing short course programmes, he is responsible for student welfare, transport, and organising trips. Outside of work, he enjoys rugby, exploring new places, and spending quality time with his family.

Mr Alan Deng

Media and IT Specialist

Alan is a media professional with over 10 years of experience in video and photo production, having worked with OPP and supported businesses across the UK. He holds a degree in Business and Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University with a MSc in Marketing from KCL. In addition to media production, he supports Oxford Prospects with website management, brochure design, and bringing visual ideas to life.

Ms Jane Rees

Finance Administrator

Jane manages the finances at Oxford Prospects Programme ensuring everything is handled with precision and on a timely basis.  A qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector, she has a wealth of knowledge, an eye for detail and managing deadlines.
